How it works in winter
- Breakfast and barThere is no breakfast and the hotel bar is closed. There are four bars within 50 m.in summer: 7–11, buffet
- ReceptionThere is no one at the desk. If you have any problems there are three help numbers: two for the daytime and one for the night. The numbers ↓in summer: open 24 hours
- Check-inAt the self check-in kiosk, with your booking code. How it works ↓in summer: at reception
- EntrancePiazza Castello 4.in summer: Corso Mameli 65
- Room cleaningRooms are cleaned every day, except on 25 and 26 December and 1 January. In the apartments and for bookings of 7 nights or more there is no daily cleaning; in the apartments the final cleaning is included in the stay calculation.
- Christmas and New YearArrivals are not possible on 25 December and 1 January.
- ApartmentsMinimum 7 nights, arrival on any day. In winter the lift is not in service: 15 steps to the 1st floor, 33 to the 2nd, 50 to the 3rd.
