- ParkingThe hotel has no car park of its own. Lock-up garages about 150 m away, to be booked in advance; Piazzale Flaim public car park at the same distance, with our €8 pass for the blue-line spaces.
- Friday evening and SaturdayThe Intra market takes place: some areas of the public car park must be left clear.
- Attic roomsThe rooms for 3–4 people are on the top floor, up a staircase of 31 steps.
- ApartmentsIn summer: 1st floor by lift, 18 steps to the 2nd, 35 to the 3rd. In winter the lift is not in service: 15, 33 and 50 steps. No. 106 has an internal staircase.
- NoiseAll windows reduce noise by 40 dB. On the lakefront, at night, you may hear the odd lorry on the cobbles.
- EveningsThe hotel bar has reduced hours; there are many bars and restaurants nearby. We have no restaurant or spa.
- In winterFrom 27 November to 13 March we are Casa alle Colonne: no breakfast and no reception; you collect your room key card from the self check-in kiosk.
